Click the extension on any fashion product page. GreenStar reads what's on the page, combines it with the brand's track record, and shows you a better option if there is one.

Stage 01 · Read

The page,
decoded.

Product pages already contain most of what we need for a sustainability rating. The hard part is pulling it out reliably across dozens of different retailer layouts. That's what the extension does automatically.

A product page is more honest than it looks. Everything we need is already there, if you know where to look.

Stage 02 · Rate

Product plus

What you're actually buying, combined with who made it. Weighted, transparent, and every sub-score is viewable.

Score
Out of 5.0
Why 60/40? Because the product matters, and so does the brand making it. An organic cotton tee from a mediocre brand shouldn't score the same as the same tee from a great one, and vice versa.
Stage 03 · The opacity penalty

Missing data
isn't neutral.

If a retailer chooses not to disclose sustainability signals, we reduce the score and the visual confidence. Two brands with very different levels of transparency shouldn't look identical on a product page.

Stage 04 · Redirect

The suggestion
engine.

Every low score comes with a specific alternative, not a lecture. We match on style first, then colour, then price, and only suggest something if the score is meaningfully higher. If nothing better exists, we say so.
